Style Box Survey (Start Up)

Style Boxes can be added to your cart monthly as they are available.  Be sure to fill out the Style Box survey so we can get all of the details we need to curate the styles you are looking for.  Plus there are additional details you will need to know before receiving your first style box.  Once you have received your first Style Box you will a POST Box Survey to help us learn more about how we can better serve you.  There will be NO need to fill out the full start-up survey each month.  You can order a style box when they are available or choose to have a monthly subscription that we will auto-send to you (you can pause or cancel the subscription anytime).
